I tossed and turned all night and had a headache that was still not relieved in the morning, so I went to Doma Health Center to get some oxygen.

While breathing oxygen, I looked out the window at the leisurely blue sky and white clouds, which was quite relaxing and comfortable.

As a result, my headache disappeared immediately after I smoked it. It was amazing!

It is said that there are many beautiful lakes in Tibet. This is the first time I saw such a blue lake.

Pangong Lake —— Sino-Indian boundary lake, two-thirds of its area belongs to China, and one-third belongs to India. The altitude is 4240 meters, the water depth is 57 meters, the lake water is blue and clear, and there is the highest bird island in the world.

Parking in front of the vast Pangong Lake, I recalled that the bumpy road in the previous two days was not in vain, and my mood suddenly became brighter!

After a break for lunch, continue walking around Pangong Lake. The sun shines on the mountains and the lake sparkles. This scene is rare!

In the afternoon, we passed through Ritu County, a very small county seat located at the foot of the snow-capped mountains.

The oxygen inhalation in the morning was still very effective, and I didn't have any headaches along the way. Then I started breathing again in the evening, and I just felt a little breathless while walking around Ali's Pedestrian Street.

My favorite food on the street is Shaanxi Liangpi and Roujiamo.

Then drive to Zada

Fill up the car with gas first. A fan came to take a photo with Hee Hee. Hee Hee was also very cooperative.

After refueling, we started to open the road, but because the national highway was closed, we kept waiting in line and got hungry.

Arrive at Zada in the evening and enjoy a distant view of the unique earth forest landform, which is full of mountains, ups and downs, and is as dense as a city. It stretches along the river valley for tens of kilometers, complementing the surrounding snow-capped mountains, showing its grandeur. The bottom layer that makes up the soil forest has a history of 2 million to 20 million years.

The slopes are covered with piles of stones, which should not be touched at will. These stones are the Tibetan people's belief and are also called "God piles". That is, "Manidui". They are also masterpieces of Tibetan folk artists.

Continuing forward, the veins of the earth forest along the way are clearly visible.
