Introduction to Bosten Lake: Bosten Lake is located in the center of the Yanqi Basin in the Tianshan Mountains, with an altitude of 1048 meters. The lake water is brought by the Kaidu River, Qingshui River, Huangshui River, and Ushtala River and the melted snow from the Tianshan Snow Peak Glacier. Together they form the largest freshwater lake in Xinjiang.
