Introduction to Deng Shichang's Tomb: Deng Shichang (October 4, 1849 - September 17, 1894), whose original name was Yongchang and whose courtesy name was Zhengqing. An outstanding patriotic general of the navy in the late Qing Dynasty, he sacrificed his life for his country in the naval battle between the Yellow Sea and the Japanese invaders.
