Introduction to the Bayi Bridge: The Bayi Bridge was built in 1936, formerly known as the Zhongzheng Bridge, and is a wooden bridge. Later, the traffic on the bridge became increasingly busy, and construction of the New Bayi Bridge started on November 5, 1995. It was officially completed and opened to traffic on September 29, 1997.
