After coming out of Beiji Village, follow S219 (Heilongjiang Section) to the south in the direction of Genhe. From here to Genhe, it may be the most difficult road I have ever experienced.

**Important reminder:**After entering the jurisdiction of Inner Mongolia, you need to apply for a fire prevention certificate. In fact, after entering the Heilongjiang forest area (Daxinganling area), you also need to apply for a fire prevention certificate, but the inspection in Heilongjiang is not particularly strict. , some checkpoints allow you to pass through simply asking, and there is no need to register. After arriving in Inner Mongolia, you must apply for a fire prevention certificate, which is a stamped voucher. It is free of charge and can be obtained at major forest management stations. But don’t panic if you haven’t applied for it. Just log in and record your ID card on site. It’s just a little more troublesome and time-consuming, but nothing else.

After coming from Mohe, it was the best section of the journey. It was very smooth. I wanted to let myself go for a while, so I found a place to fly a drone and take some pictures of the big forest scenery.

**My first bombing**

I bought this Mavic Pro myself and have flown it hundreds of times without making any mistakes. I am not even a veteran. At least I know all the parameters of the drone, such as obstacle avoidance, flight battery, flight attitude, etc.

After the drone took off, I took a tracking shot, but by chance, there happened to be a forest protection point (temporary point) next to where I parked the drone to land, and there was a lady next to me who was watching me fly. We just chatted briefly about drones. I was really too confident in myself and too careless at that time. I pulled the drone closer and lowered it. While I was operating this, I was still talking to her. I just glanced at the screen and felt like I was flying down. No problem, just continue to press the lever for falling and flying forward.

Just when I felt like I was about to fall, I suddenly heard a "shua~" sound, followed by the sound of the DJI drone's "di, di, di, di, di, di". I turned around and saw that the drone was hanging on a tree. . The out-of-control alarm buzzer of the DJI drone did not sound for a long time. The battery was always charged. I don’t know if it is a design problem. Personally, I think it is better to keep sounding. Many people on the Internet have experienced the drone losing control and falling into the mountains. Even if it is nearby, it cannot be found at all.

Later, I analyzed it and gave some experience to friends who fly old Mavics. When the drone descends, it flies forward while descending. At this time, I basically reached the full dive speed. In addition, it hit the treetops, and the obstacle avoidance in front and below did not have time to take effect, so flying without a drone was particularly difficult. The following aspects need to be noted:

1. Take off visually when taking off, and be aware of the surrounding 10-meter range.

2. After taking off, simply scan the surroundings by rotating the drone body and lens within the large pre-photographed area to make sure you know what is going on.

3. must be descended visually when descending, and this must be strictly enforced no matter what the environment.

If you achieve the above three points, the probability of aircraft bombing will be greatly reduced. Regarding other drone flight operations in some special environments, I will find time to publish a detailed issue on the operation.

I saw a drone hanging on a tree. This was the first time I had experienced this. I was a little confused. If the drone failed here, I would still have half the road behind me, and there would be no hope for aerial photography.

The trees here are not ordinary small woods. You can easily climb up or shake down to get them down. The tree where the drone is hung is relatively thick and very tall.

After trying shaking and other things that didn't work, I had no choice but to listen to my elder sister's advice and go to a forest management station where I passed by. There might be tree climbing tools there.

After listening to my description of the situation, he said that he did not have tree climbing equipment here and that the superiors would not provide it. Equipment, the country has very strict forest management, and will not just give you a tree-climbing device. There was no other way but to find something and poke it down.

We found some bamboo poles in his warehouse and a piece of wire, and we went over again. Finally, I tied several pieces of bamboo poles together, and after a lot of effort, I finally managed to get the drone down from the treetop. I was so nervous at the time that I didn’t even think of taking pictures. This was taken by the elder sister. .

Later, I returned to the management station with Brother Li and had a brief chat with him about forest management here. He worked as a forest logger a long time ago. Because of a mistake, a falling tree smashed his foot. He had to recuperate in the hospital for a long time. Later, the country stopped logging the forests in these places, so he naturally became a logger. Forestry work.

Listening to him, the trees we see on the roadside now are all grown later. Compared with the ones he cut down before, they are just fine hairs. The trees he described that were harvested at that time were so thick that several people could not carry them. Let alone one person, several people may not be able to lift the branches of the tree. Many of them had to be sawed on site before they could be pulled down the mountain.

Every year from the end of autumn to May and June of the following year, this period is a key fire prevention period, and all outdoor fires are strictly prohibited. So when you walk along the forest road here, you will find a particularly interesting phenomenon. Every once in a while, there will be patrolling rangers on the roadside holding signs and waving them at you. They are basically fire prevention slogans and emergency contact numbers.

This kind of work is quite challenging, even if you just walk around with a sign. You don't have to talk about eating and drinking. Some people may not be able to stand the boredom. There are only a few people passing by on some sections of the road in a day. Most of the people passing by are tourists and don’t stop to chat. They can only surf the Internet or listen to music.
