Guide to viewing maple leaves in Japan | Ginkgo biloba in a corner of Kyoto Gyoen Garden.

Pick up Iphodo matcha.

Iphodo is quite close to Kyoto Gyoen, so I might as well come over and have a look.

Maps of several locations within the Kyoto Gyoen Garden where you can enjoy maple leaves or ginkgo trees. Since I was just stopping by to take a look, I went to the Hachitera Town Gomon.

You can see such a big ginkgo tree coming out of the wall from a distance.

In fact, the original itinerary was to go to Sento Imperial Palace . After being so exhausted yesterday, I decided to cut off the itinerary. Because Sento Imperial Palace required queuing up early to apply for admission, I gave up.

So I just came to Kyoto Gyoen to see the ginkgo. You can see such a huge ginkgo tree when you enter from the Teramachi Gate! Look at the contrast of people standing next to them, they are so, so, so tall!

Someone was taking pictures of the huge tall tree, so I didn’t walk past it. When I walked to the edge, I found a ginkgo carpet!

I didn’t see a maple leaf carpet in Bishamon Hall this morning, but I finally saw a ginkgo carpet to make up for it!

Just sit quietly under the ginkgo tree and rest for a while.

Before going out, I took another photo of this huge tree to compare the height of the person in the lower right corner.
