Perched in the heart of the Minshan Mountains, Xuebaoding National Nature Reserve is a majestic haven where the rugged landscape meets the untamed beauty of nature. Xuebaoding spans 4 towns in Pingwu, with a total area of ​​63,615 hectares. The main protection objects are giant pandas, golden monkeys, takin and other nationally protected wild animals and their habitats. There are 324 species of vertebrates and more than 3,000 species of higher plants in the area. The main peak is surrounded by many peaks. There is Weifeng Yuhan Peak to the southwest of the main peak, and there are Sigenxiang Peak and Xiaoxuebao Peak to the southeast.
