This is an unusual and quiet journey, ending at the hotel "The Joy of Finding", hidden in the "back garden of Qingcheng Mountain" - Jiezi Ancient Town. I thought I would rush through the whole world in the ancient town, hiding in a hotel to isolate myself from the noise, but I fell into the drama the moment I stepped into Jiezi Ancient Town, and in a sudden change, I was brought back to the prosperous age of the late Tang Dynasty.

If Lijiang Ancient Town is full of romance, then Jiezi Ancient Town is full of poetry and books. .yes It is the hometown of Tang Qiu, a "poet of the late Tang Dynasty", who rode a green ox to travel between Qingcheng and Linqiong, detached from the world and visited teachers to seek the truth; it is the "dream of the rivers and lakes for more than forty years, and I still believe that Shuzhou exists in the world" in Lu You's poem; it is also the Ancient Tea-Horse Road, where thousands of horses have passed by, leaving traces of a century of history.

He went north to Qingcheng to hear the Tao, and to the west he came to the ancient temple to listen to the scriptures. Stepping into the whirlpool of time from Ginkgo Square, if Qinglan passes by in late autumn, the thousand-year-old ginkgo leaves will rustle down, covering the thousand-word story on the font tower, flying to the streets and alleys at the foot of Fengqi Mountain.

At the foot of the mountain, there is an all-embracing market, ancient streets and residential houses with a vast atmosphere of fireworks, clear springs in every house, vendors in the busy streets, hawkers in the taverns, authentic western Sichuan snacks and slightly tipsy street rice wine; on the mountain, there are mottled traces of history, such as the thousand-year-old Guangyan Zen Temple from the Jin Dynasty, The thousand-year-old golden nanmu trees all over the mountains, the gurgling water and the flying birds in the empty mountains complement each other, surging with the leisurely years of thousands of years.

People in Jiezi say that if you come to Jiezi, you have to get to know someone and stay in the same courtyard. After searching for 31 lanes and measuring his steps on the stone slabs, he finally decided to place "Joy" in this quiet corner and watch the flowers blooming and falling in front of the court.

The courtyard filled with bookish atmosphere is a utopia created by Brother Jin. When I was young, I understood Mr. Qian Zhongshu. I read 5 million words of books a year. If it is a sunny season, the leaves are whirling with mottled light, and after a cup of tea, the delicate sunshine will fall warmly on you. Or go to the gauze tent on the second floor, where three people can drink together, with a pot of rice wine from the street, and drink it leisurely. The aroma and warmth of the rice wine linger between the lips and teeth, and you don't want to miss every inch of the taste.

The names of the rooms mostly come from "The Book of Songs" and "Chu Ci", Ange, Wangshu, Bangyuan, Yuzhan...Like a gentle breeze, washing away the greenery entering the house.

Rent the entire suite, a Japanese-style wooden house with 7 rooms that can accommodate 14-16 people . The room is completely covered with tatami mats. One side looks at the greenery and the other side looks at the starry sky. The family is enjoying themselves happily. Groups of friends gather all their passion and adrenaline into this wooden house.

Moving Kyoto into the street, the gentleness of Jiangnan and the restraint of Japanese style collide concisely, adding a clear cuteness, which matches Hin, a lover of "money studies", who understands and understands that beautiful things have no national boundaries.

What I like the most is the mountain view room with luxuriant grass everywhere. The swaying figures by the window make me forget the passing years and get drunk on the breeze.

One of the rooms we stayed in, a double bed room, has an antique small balcony, directly overlooking the small bridges and flowing water of Jiezi Ancient Town, and the green fields and waves.

The big bed with light gauze curtains, the looming silence, the caress of white gauze, the gurgling water outside the window, just in tune with the frequency of breathing, time slowly slows down, step by step, step into the dream.

The professionally customized mattress is not a big-name one, but its comfort level is comparable to that of a five-star hotel. The brown mattress is repeatedly pressed and sterilized layer by layer, and the ratio of cotton to yarn is 4:6. When you fall asleep, the mattress gently supports your waist and sinks slowly, as if you are lying in the clouds.

The 1.5m wide twin bed allows even good sisters to roll around freely in the soft quilt. All rooms have been separated from dry and wet areas, and the dry areas and bedrooms are also equipped with floor heating. Even in winter, spring can be peaceful.

In the eyes of guests, Finding Joy is not just a hotel to stay in, but more of a third space where feelings and culture can be expressed. After taking a nap in the afternoon, in the small courtyard with dappled sunlight, I read, copied scriptures, dyed indigo, and made pottery... The time was gentle and warm, welcoming the quiet winter, sunny summer, passionate autumn, and bright spring.

After playing, we set up the table in the courtyard, under the big tree, and put home-cooked dishes on it. The leaves were whirling in the wind, the sun slowly fell into the embrace of the mountain shade, and close people sat next to us, raising glasses to the bright moon.

Home-cooked dishes always make a trip feel like home. The perfectly fat and lean twice-cooked pork, the spicy hot pot chicken, and the vegetables just picked from the mountain stream, every plate can satisfy your appetite.

That night, I slept soundly. In my dream, I was surrounded by green mountains, the waves were clear, and the evening bell of the Drum Tower...

In the early morning, I opened the screen window and saw the sun scorching outside. I have long heard about the romantic journey of "meeting on the street, falling in love until we grow old, and partying with five stars". Fengqi Mountain in summer is full of deep forests and green leaves. This time, we took advantage of the sunny weather and clear air. After having a delicious breakfast, we embarked on a journey of fun in Fengqi Mountain.

🍃Haunting Kangdao

At 7:00 in the morning, there were three or two passers-by on Yulong Bridge. There are still some dewdrops on the leaves, and the large shade of the trees makes it a good place to take pictures. Turn right and embark on the pilgrimage road along Kangdao. The fresh air blows in your face, the fresh green leaves, and the swaying of the leaves leads to the destination leisurely.

Guangyan Zen Monastery is the end point of the healthy path for the heart and mind. Nestled in a thousand-year-old forest, the morning sunlight is exceptionally clean and shines straight through the leaves. Unfortunately, due to the epidemic, everything in the Zen Temple is resting to its fullest, and we are unable to come in. This is more regretful and only adds to the sense of mystery. When spring really comes, it will also be the highlight of the pilgrimage.

📖Xiyun书yard

Winding all the way from Fengqi Mountain to the foot of the mountain, by the Weijiang River, you can find the shadow of Shuxiang Street - Xiyun Academy. With an area of ​​nearly 3,000 square meters and a collection of 100,000 books, this is the Xiyun Pavilion described by Su Shi, a paradise for literati and poets.

Japanese-style dry landscape, the courtyard is calm and tranquil. In a place of cultural creativity, the strong aroma of coffee floats leisurely in the greenery of the atrium. With a piano, a pot of wine, and a stream of clouds, nature and culture are blended together, and Taotao, full of joy and innocence.

🌻Forest Tribe

All the way south, a 40-minute drive from Fengqi to Baotou, we strayed into the depths of the forest. The forest of wooden houses is vast beyond the Great Wall; the sun is shining brightly, the sunflowers are in full bloom, and each scene is framed with each step. This place is like a European manor beyond the Great Wall.
