Introduction to Taiping Nunnery: Taiping Nunnery is located near the top of the main peak of Tashan Mountain, facing south. It is a Quanzhen Taoist nunnery integrating the three religions of "Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism". According to research, it has a history of more than seven hundred years. The main hall of the nunnery is dedicated to the leaders of the three religions "Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism". This kind of worship pattern is extremely rare in the country. After it was restored and consecrated in 1993, it was determined to be the earliest religious activity venue in Yantai City. Several Taoist priests lived in the nunnery all year round and presided over it. Now we can independently carry out large-scale religious activities such as "Prayer for Blessing and Longevity".
