Introduction to the Bronze Bell: The Bronze Bell of the Drum Tower is located on the second floor, with a diameter of 1.4 meters, a height of 2.3 meters, and a weight of about 1,500 kilograms. It is known as the "King of Bells" in Tianjin. The body of the bell is made of sun-cast relief; the surroundings of the bell are divided into eight rectangular frames on the upper and lower floors; the waist is cast with continuous patterns of clouds, dragons and broken branches of flowers; the recesses of the eight lotus petals at the mouth of the bell are each cast with a Bagua symbol. The inscription on the bell was written by Mr. Feng Jicai and Mr. Zhang Zhong, and the font is in traditional Wei stele.
