Introduction to Chalong Temple: Located in Chalong Bay in the south-central part of Phuket Island, it is the largest Buddhist temple on Phuket Island. The temple enshrines the statues of two respected monks. Among them, Monk Luang Pucheng was the abbot of the temple at the beginning of this century. His bone-setting skills were famous and he was awarded the title of "Special Holy Order". Among the temples in Phuket, the incense here is the most prosperous. The temple with 108 golden Buddhas is quite impressive.
