Introduction to Ximen Street: is the current Xinmin West Road, connected to Boai South Road to the east and Xinhua South Road to the west. At the beginning of the Ming Dynasty, Ximen Street and Dongmen Street were built. Among them, Ximen Street is the most prominent: since the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the Qianhu Mansion in the Ming Dynasty, the Tongzhi Office and the General Counseling Office in the Qing Dynasty have all been located on Ximen Street, which can be called the street where the head offices of ancient Haikou were located. This is now a famous local product wholesale market in Haikou urban area.
