According to records, in May of the first year of Jingyan in the Southern Song Dynasty (1276), due to the invasion of Yuan troops, Lu Xiufu, the minister of the Ministry of Rites, and Zhang Shizhong, the general, protected the young emperor of the Song Dynasty, Zhao Shi, and his 7-year-old brother Zhao Bing (then the prince, later known as Emperor), Queen Mother Yang Shufei and others retreated through Nan'ao and settled in Qian'ao Village. They dug three Song wells, namely "Long Well", "Tiger Well" and "Horse Well", for drinking by the emperor, ministers and generals and soldiers.

These three Song wells were originally on the hillside. Due to the changes in the earth's crust, they gradually sank into the seaside sand, so the hillside wells became beach wells. They are mysterious and unpredictable, appearing and disappearing. The water is still fresh after being filled with seawater. The water is sweet and mellow, and cannot be stored for a long time. rot.

It reproduces the grand occasion of Nan'ao City and the General Military Mansion in the Qing Dynasty. It can be called a treasure of Chaozhou crafts. It fills the gap in the art of shell carving and inlaid lacquer painting in the history of Chaoshan crafts. It is extremely precious. The back of the screen is engraved with "Preface to Rongshou", which is of great cultural and historical value.
