The most interesting section of the road from Menyuan to Xining is probably Daban Mountain.

The road to Daban Mountain is dug along the mountain, with twists and turns and winding mountains and ridges. The Daban Pass extends to the shady slope for three kilometers. In winter and spring, there is snow and ice, and avalanches and ice collapses are common, making the journey dangerous and difficult. The folk song goes: "The gates of hell, which are so difficult and dangerous, are no more difficult than Daban in the snow."

These five consecutive hairpin bends are higher than Qiu Mingshan. I was chatting and laughing with Wuling Hongguang behind me.
