When it got dark, several people were mobilized to look for it, and they were found at ten o'clock in the evening. People who run around are usually strong and think they are powerful, haha. As soon as I went up the mountain, there was no signal on my iPhone. It seemed like a newbie like me had to keep up with the troops, otherwise the distress signal would not be sent out. The lost member of the group was quite experienced and prepared a whistle. It was dark at night and his cell phone was out of battery. The tour guide is from the Langya Club, nicknamed Wolf Warrior. He grew up in a small mountain. Later, he gathered several friends from the village to form this club, which specializes in providing tour guides for hiking in the mountains. There are two people in a group, and the tour guide leads the group 1: Maximum of 6. If there are more than 6 people, please go with two tour guides. Our Fliggy group tour costs 370 yuan per person, which covers our whole day itinerary and lunch.

The children have been raised by their mother and are not very good at speaking Naxi dialect. There is no kindergarten in the mountain village. In order for the children to receive a better education, the tour guide usually lives in the city and picked us up to go up the mountain.
He said that from now on, we will stay together all day, and he will cook us a meal at noon, so he looks forward to it.

I'm very curious about what the village relies on to make a living. It's located in such a high mountain valley. Obviously, it can't grow rice and corn. It mainly grows potatoes and sweet potatoes and engages in animal husbandry. Most families raise cattle, sheep or horses, maybe Because it is a 40-minute drive from Lijiang City, the conditions of the people in the village are pretty good. Basically every household has a car regardless of the grade of the car.
At the entrance of the village, an aunt who looked carefully dressed stopped our car and asked the tour guide in Naxi language, which probably meant if she could help her get to Lijiang. The tour guide politely refused us to go up the mountain, so we asked the tour guide worriedly. Can I get a ride? If I go to Lijiang, do I need to pay for gas... They all laughed at me for being too vulgar. I said that people are social beings, and what I pay attention to is people's normal economic activities. Haha. The big brother from Kunming said, They are very simple people, and things have changed over the years. In the past, it was no problem to go to these places and eat for a few days or nights without spending any money.
We drove to the Institute of Botany, which is probably inaccessible for ordinary self-driving tours. There are roadblocks, but the tour guide walked through the roadblocks with ease and reached the reservoir, which was the starting point of our hike. The stir-fried shredded pork was relatively bland and no one cared about it. The tour guide thought that we were from Shanghai and specialized in light cuisine, but he didn’t expect that both of us would eat some chili peppers, talking about the importance of communication. I put chili noodles at the back to make up for it, haha.
The food cooked by the tour guide was very good under simple conditions. Maybe it was because I had no expectations at all. It was quite satisfying to be able to eat like this in the wilderness. (I thought I was going to dig a log to make a fire, haha)
I didn't feel anything at first when I got to the cabin. After eating, Brother Bi and I both felt dizzy. The two friends from Kunming didn't feel anything the whole time. Later I found out that we had experienced high tide.
After the break, we started climbing again. My combat effectiveness was obviously weakened, and I finally climbed to the halfway point of the flat dam. I needed to take a long, hard rest.

Seeing my companions getting further and further away from me, and seeing how powerful they all were, I cheered up and kept moving forward. From this position to the final summit, (climbing one mountain and another), I was basically three. I stand every step, sit down every five steps, gasping for air. I feel like I can’t catch my breath after walking a few steps. At the same time, my legs are weak and I can’t move my legs. I have to continue to find a place to put my feet among the rocks. During this period, I was completely in no mood to take pictures. All I could think about was how to take a breath and how to persevere. Looking at the recording of me sitting down and panting on the side of the road recorded by my brother, I felt desperate and collapsed several times. I already clearly felt that I The workload of my lungs is so strong that every time I ask the tour guide how far ahead, he always replies, "It's still a little bit, you can reach this pass just by climbing up." I instantly understand that this is your standard answer... Brother Bi always told his teammates and tour guides in front of him, "You go first, I'll stay with her," she should be able to hold on, don't worry. What I really wanted in my heart was to just lie down... But there was no way to lie down among the rocks, and the vegetation in the grass was very irritating.
Later, the tour guide saw that I was out of breath and on the verge of despair, so he gave me a bottle of fairy water and asked me to drink it in one gulp! It is said to take care of the special needs of special people. I couldn't control anything at that time, just drink, drink,

This is the water source at the site they chose. There is a spring that usually stores water for cooking. When it is not in use, it is covered with wooden blocks and running water is taken every day for cooking.
After seeing the water source, I climbed up to get back to the cabin. I collapsed again. It turned out that the ease of going down the mountain was all an illusion. If I were asked to climb another 60 meters, I couldn't even go up in one breath, and I started breathing heavily again. Tell the tour guide, you go first, don't wait for me, I have to rest... Useless guy.
It turned out that after two days, my legs still felt weak when I heard about climbing stairs. I had a very difficult time going to the temple with a few stone stairs on Lugu Lake Island. I asked my brother to go first. I really couldn't go up. The hotel I have to do some psychological construction in the room on the third floor...serious sequelae.
The eldest lady asked for a gift, so I brought back the leaves I picked in the mountains, hahaha

On the way down from the mountain to Lijiang City, Brother Bi and I began to suffer from altitude sickness. We had splitting headaches, to be precise, they felt like vomiting, and we were so weak. So cool, I almost vomited in the car. Because I drank the fairy water and sat in the passenger seat, I felt a little better. I managed to go to see the performance of Lijiang Eternal Love, so I went straight back to the hotel and lay down. Then I asked my friends about their experience on how to deal with various types of hypersensitivity reactions. I went to pharmacies to buy medicines and oxygen bottles. When I went to pharmacies, all the people from other places came to buy anti-hypersensitivity drugs. They were for prevention. I was helpless and asked about the fact that we already had hypersensitivity reactions. The conclusion reached from all aspects is that you should take Fenbid immediately to relieve the headache (isn’t this an antipyretic medicine for children?), drink glucose water to replenish energy, buy an oxygen bottle and go back to breathe oxygen.
