Day 3 of the Qinghai-Gansu Great Ring Line - Across the No Man's Land - Yadan Landform

Across a no-man's land, the road is straight and endless.

The scenery on both sides changes from grassland lakes to the unique Yadang landform.

The Northwest is both salty and sweet.

The first two days were filled with gentle and healing lakes and seas of flowers, but now the scenery is already a loess-filled Gobi sky.

Continue driving west.

Arrive at "Yangguan Historic Site" , which is the former exit from the fortress.

It's windy today and there's sand everywhere.

It eats "dirt" every minute, and the scenery becomes very blurry.

The sky is full of yellow sand. If these ancient people were to march westward, the journey would be really difficult.

After arriving in Dunhuang, we headed to the city night market.

I finally feel like I’m in the city!

As soon as I arrived here, I felt a little strangely familiar, and suddenly I remembered that an episode of "Extreme Challenge" was filmed here. Or because I was bored that day, I watched the only episode of the entire season on TV with my cousins!

Today’s trip is super tiring! ! ! ! (But actually the next few days are the most exhausting, I cried!)

Although many people will choose to skip the scenic spot Yangguan, I actually think it is still worth it because you can learn about the pass in ancient times! )
